By arguing that both ‘traditional’ and ‘capitalist’ economies are embedded in the same local legal culture, I hope to demonstrate that a shift from the one to the other cannot of itself offer the promised benefits of modernity. A national park is supposed to be pristine nature, a place where flora and fauna are left to thrive without disturbance. For many advocates of conservation, the wildness of this kind of nature imbues it with a particular kind of value—an intrinsic value, the value of global heritage, a priceless treasure. If they discuss the commodity value of the services nature provides, it is not to assert the commodity status of nature itself, but as a tactic to promote the survival of parks in a world dominated by commodity thinking. Further, despite the structural similarity between the enclosure of a park and the enclosure of a plantation—a similarity especially visible for the victims of such an enclosure of a plantation—a similarity especially visible for batu mustika paling langka the victims of such an enclosure—conservationists do not see their projects in these terms. As Peluso and Nevins point out in their introduction, conservationists see their effort as part of what Karl Polanyi (2001, 141) called a countermovement—the endeavor to protect the non commodity status of the elements essential to the maintenance of life.

Since yesterday I have my third time reading the book "Love is a fire" by Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee, I feel the need to reflect, contemplate and meditate more in these days…Muharram days…that is in God’s will is the same month with the celebration of Christmas by my Christian sisters and brothers. I want to get burned, but before I realize, it is really up to God how He wanted me to be. Therefore, one day, when I walked with one of my housemate, and he shared his story about his religious and spiritual grandmother (may Allah be please with her too), I could not think but of my own grandmother, and also the grandmother of a great mentor who has a very big influence on my religious and spiritual views recently. Recent studies of ‘liberal governmentality’ have examined how state actions regulate the ideally self-regulating economic sphere [Burchell, 1991]; this article highlights the particular dilemmas of liberal governmentality in a colonial arena where not one, but two types of economy were posited. By analysing the system of traditional property law implemented by the Dutch in two locations in central Sulawesi, Netherlands East Indies (now Indonesia), I show that property is only an indifferent marker of class, and that the limits of surplus extraction are set by control of other means of production.

(2) And from there IWent to the eastern ends of sky,And saw here the three eastern gatesOf heaven opened and small gatesAbove them. The Book of Enoch, set in earliest time Reveals the history of the world in rhyme From fallen watchers to ten thousand years That grace the universe as it appears.

Enoch 8(1) And Azazel taught men to makeSwords, and knives, and shields for his sake,And breastplates, and made known to themThe earth metals and stratagemOf working them, and bracelets, andOrnaments, and then the demandOf antimony, and the wayTo beautify of eyelids gay,And every kind of costly stone,And colourings of root and bone.(2) And there arose much godlessness,And fornication to excess,And all of them were led astray,And became corrupt in their way. It disappeared from Jewish interest by the end of the first centuries C.E., perhaps because of its messianic references to the Son of Man (Enoch 46ff.), which were used effectively by Christian apologists. It was later opposed by Christians because of its support for a twelve-month calendar with a focus on the Sabbath, which was becoming less and less acceptable to a Sunday observing church, and so lost its valued position among most Christians after the council of Laodicea in 364, although it was still found quoted outside the Coptic tradition as late as the eighth century. The twelve month calendar was also superceded by the intercalated lunar calendar in Rabbinical Judaism, effectively producing another barrier against the books of Enoch and Jubilees. Neither of these considerations applied to the Ethiopian church, which explains why the book survived there without break down to the present day.

By the Euphrates river, there was a party of the travelers in the garden without flowers, as the travelers themselves are the flowers, the roses of the eternal garden. When sweet Husseyn this Psalm in cantillationRepeated before his annihilation,Did he know the great sacrifice that heWas called upon to raise and faithfully? I think he did, and took in his free willThe weight and burden of a wicked hill. When sweet Husseyn repeated these hard wordsBeneath a cloudless sky’s unpitied birds,Did he know that the arrow should find wellIts mark upon a child? Yet into hellHe did not send the frightful enemy. When sweet Husseyn walked on the sandy lee,He found these words his solace for all grief.Beloved, bind me to sweet Husseyn’s belief. Remembering how Husseyn’s wife could not breast feed her baby because severely thirsty and starving. The little baby Ali Asghar (son of Husseyn) who was killed by an arrow on his neck — as  a mother could it be something hurtful than seeing that?

One day, I had a very intense discussion with a classmate, a devoted Catholic, on the way home. He was ready to argue with me that I should not deny the crucifixion of Jesus in the Bible, that Qur’an  has many contradiction in its content for in one hand we should accept the Scriptures before Qur’an, and in another hand Qur’an denies the crucifixion of Jesus. Therefore, I answered, I do not have such problem anymore, may be other Muslims have their own interpretation and understanding, so I learn to respect them as I learn to respect the Christians’ view on Jesus. However,  we are the Dawoodi dervishes who accept the Four Books equally, and when we say that there is no conflicts among them, thus we also have "our answers" or rather "solution" on what seems as  crucifixion between in Gospel and in Qur’an are contradictory to each other, but actually they are not [according to us].
